Q. What type of cleaning method do you use?
A. For all carpet cleaning services, we only use hot water extraction or more commonly know as steam cleaning. We use a pre-treatment process of the entire area to be steam cleaned, then follow up with rinse & extraction. We typically use a truck-mounted machine as much as possible. With this type of carpet cleaning, you will receive the most deep down thorough cleaning possible.

Q. Do you offer carpet protectors?
A. We also offer Carpet Protector, which should be applied by a professional & only to newly cleaned carpet. Having a carpet protector applied to your freshly cleaned carpet adds to create an invisible barrier on the surface of the carpet so you get more up when you vacuum and have more time to remove new spills or stains. Carpet protectors have also been proven to prolong the life of your carpet as well.

Q. Will you move my furniture while cleaning my carpets?
A. Typically, we will move small articles of furniture like coffee tables and chairs, but leave larger, heavier pieces where they are & clean around them. If you would like the carpet under these pieces of furniture cleaned, it is most efficient if you move them to a different room before we arrive.

Q. How long will it take for my carpet to dry after you finish cleaning it?
A. Drying time is extremely variable, depending on the humidity of the air, the temperature, and the airflow in the room. Carpets can dry in as little as 6-8 hours, or take up to a full 24 hours. If you want to accelerate the drying time, using fans or turning on the heating or air conditioning can help speed up the process.

Q. Can you remove pet odors & pet stains from my carpeting?
A. As much as we love our furry family members, they can really do a number on carpeting. Try avoiding using chemicals bought at your local store, because most of these chemicals have been know to permanently discolor of distort carpet.
